We are sorry your order didn’t work out! Yimarn offers a 14-day money-back  yimanr. We want you to love our products,

If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

International orders must be returned at the expense of the customer.
Please email customer support for assistance. 

We aim to get it right the first time, and thus checked each order several times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email support@yimarn.com your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can make this right. 

Order Processing

订单将在收到之日起 1 个工作日内处理。工作日为周一至周五,周末和节假日除外。我们力求在收到订单的当天处理,通常为每天太平洋标准时间上午 10 点之前,但无法保证。如果订单在太平洋标准时间上午 10 点之后收到,则更有可能在下一个工作日处理。例如,如果订单在周五下午收到,则将在下周一处理。如果订单在周二晚上收到,则将在周三处理。 

 All orders are shipped on business days only and cannot be shipped on a holiday or weekend. Please note order processing times mentioned above. Once an order is processed, it is ready for shipment. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be changed as the shipping label has already been created and therefore on its way.
